Overview:
This course covers how to develop, revise and monitor order fulfilment guidelines with the industry standards and in accordance to defined customer experience as well as execute order fulfilment activities in accordance with service level agreements.
Learning Outcome:

Manage and review the performance of third-party logistics partners.
Develop processes for re-ordering of stocks with internal stakeholders by tracking inventory levels, forecasting, the inventory that is needed, and suggesting with a sustainable stock model.

Minimum GCE “N” level with at least 3 GCE “N” Level Passes
Able to speak, listen, write, and read English at a minimum proficiency level of the Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualification Workplace Literacy Level (WPL) 5.
Recommended all learners to have at least 1 or more years of sales and marketing experience.
